Do

Share your own real experiences, thoughts and ideas, in your own words.
Be respectful, even when you disagree. Disagree with the idea, not the person.
Protect privacy – change names or details of other people when needed.
Use the Report button if you see something that breaks these rules.

Do not

Share private information about yourself or others (phone numbers, addresses, ID numbers, private photos).
Post hate, harassment, threats, sexual content or anything illegal.
Post spam, advertising, or copied content from other websites or books.
Post fake experiences or use fake accounts or fake likes to chase rewards.
Give medical, legal or financial advice as if you were a professional. Personal experience is welcome; professional advice is not.

What happens if rules are broken

Moderators may hide or remove content, warn you, or suspend your account. Serious or repeated violations lead to a permanent ban.
